Note "TSM Always On Hosting" does not support cron jobs, SSL certificates, your own dedicated IP addresses or the ability to change any server-side configuration files, install any additional php, perl modules or scripts that require Apache directives (eg mod_rewrite). TSM Hosting Upgrade September 2010

All hosting services have been upgraded. More space, bandwidth and improved webmail are all part of the upgrade. Existing customers will be upgraded automatically and the cost remains the same.

Email set-up: You have three choices...

OUTLOOK EXPRESS

The most professional set-up is with a mail program such as Outlook Express (normally comes with Windows and emails are downloaded and saved to your computer along with addresses and business email stationery).

• Set up a new account (POP3)
• Enter the following in the servers section...
• Incoming - pop3.yourdomainname.com
• Outgoing* - Your ISP's SMTP
  Example relay2.cat.net.th (CAT) or smtp.totisp.net (TOT)
• Account name - yourdomainname.com
• password - provided by TSM

(Note: *Authenticated SMTP is not included - you will need to add this service if required - currently 950 Thai Baht per year)

WEBMAIL

The second is webmail - this gives you professional email addresses but nothing is backed-up to your computer - the messages and contacts are stored online - same as Hotmail for example (unless you use IMAP - see below)

• Access details and instructions are sent to you at set-up
• IMAP option with all hosting accounts (you can synchronise and back-up your online webmail messages, file structure and addresses by downloading to a program such as Outlook Express)

MAIL FORWARDING

The third option is to forward a domain email to a private email address. Example:

The downside: when you reply, the message will come from your personal email address - not your business address.
